Throughout the year the ARC-APFRN provides funds for projects that enhance the network objectives. Priority is given to projects that address the signature theme for the year.

2008: Crossing Borders of Cultural Meanings in the Asia Pacific (culture and religion)
2009: Constructing Economic Foundations for the Future (trade and industry)
